I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was perfect for the event I attended and the service was friendly and efficient, the rooms were a bit noisy being next to a busy road and required heat due to dampness. However, the amenities and cleanliness added to my overall satisfaction.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a tasteful decor and felt spacious, but unfortunately, my request to face the river was not accommodated, and my room faced a weed dispensary. On the bright side, the room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and efficient, although I noticed staff members spending more time smoking outside than inside. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the downtown area, with various shops and dining options within walking distance. The dining experience offered a typical hotel 'free' breakfast, which, while adequate, had room for improvement in the quality of food.

The hotel had very spacious and clean rooms that still smelled new but looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Despite being at the end of a long hall by the ice machine, the rooms were well-appointed. The service was friendly, always smiling, and would go the extra mile to reunite lost property with its owners. The location was convenient, well-lit, and inviting, especially for the concert in the nearby park. The dining experience offered a wide assortment of gluten-free and dairy-free items, though the coffee was not up to standard.
